Position Overview:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team! This front-facing role involves checking in and assisting guests, handling retail sales, and performing light cleaning duties to maintain a professional and inviting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Verifying that each guest has completed their required waiver
• Verifying the name & age of the guest
• Ensuring all beverages brought are allowed under current local & state laws
• Process retail transactions efficiently and accurately
• Provide information about tours, schedules, and services
• Maintain cleanliness in customer areas (light cleaning duties)
• Assist in inventory restocking and merchandise display
• Ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Comfortable handling transactions and cash/credit payments
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Must be available Thursday–Sunday for day and evening shifts
